Back for the second year – the Rivers & Spires Poster Contest! All art lovers are invited to apply. If you are an aspiring artist, professional graphic designer or art is just a hobby you have a passion for, we want you to be involved.
The winning artwork will be the 2011 Rivers & Spires Poster, distributed to over 100,000 people! The artist will be recognized throughout the festival, receive a booth and also win a cash prize.

Below is the 2010 winning poster and artist, Brandt Hardin. His poster was selected because of it’s colorful design, whimsical appearance and inclusion of so many key pieces of the festival. It really made it stand out above the rest.
Brandt is a self-taught artist living and working out of Clarksville for the past eight years. He currently exhibits regularly in galleries all over the world including Thumbprint Gallery in San Diego and The Hive Gallery in Los Angeles. He is also active in the local art scene in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. Brandt’s upcoming shows include solo exhibits at MIR Gallery (Nashville) in December and Wired Coffee Company (Hendersonville) in March. Brandt has received awards from local events including the 2008 Cumberland Crafts Fair and DAC Regional Juried Exhibit and the 2009 Tour d’Art Juried Exhibit at Riverfest.
