The Family Fun Area has games and activities for children 2- 12 years-old all for free. Over 20 different local organizations come together to make this area truly memorable for the children.
Toddler Town is right next to the Family Fun Area. This pint-sized playplace is great for the youngsters who want to be active, but not get squished by the big kids in the process. A little train, mini bounce area, and ball pit are all sure to delight your pre-preschooler. This area is located in the Madison Street United Methodist Church parking lot.
The Green Zone welcomes the whole family and invites you to learn more about conservation, stewardship and how easy it is to practice being green. Local organizations host various activities for the children to participate in inside the Green Zone, which makes learning fun!
The Teen Area rocks for those 12 to 17. More active games, like the mechanical bull and a rock wall keep these high schoolers busy for hours. Add to that some of their favorite foods and games of skill and you’ve got a recipe for success! Be sure to check out the Gig City Gaming event – a gamers paradise. With over 80 consoles, these multiplayer games range from Wii athletic competitions, Call of Duty, to Mario.
